dasa8 Terms & Conditions

dasa8 is an online betting and casino platform that gives players in Bangladesh the opportunity to participate in cricket betting, slot games, live casino, bingo, and various sports events. By accessing the platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are participating on this platform voluntarily.
• You have read and fully accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gambling Policy.
• Online gaming is legally applicable in your jurisdiction, and you take responsibility for complying with relevant local laws.

These terms may be published in both Bengali and English. In the event of any dispute regarding a translation, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To create an account at dasa8, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Creating an account using false, misleading, or another person's identity is strictly prohibited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being cancelled, and any balance or bonuses held in them may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details secure. If someone uses your account without your permission, immediately change your password via the dasa8 Login page and notify our support team.

dasa8 will never ask for your password by email or chat. If any third party asks for your password, that is a sign of fraud — please stay alert.

dasa8 reserves the right to verify a user's age and identity at any time. If verification is required, you may need to provide one of the following valid documents:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Valid Passport
• Birth Registration Certificate
• Driving Licence

If the required documents are not provided within the specified time limit, the account may be temporarily suspended.

4.1 Payment Methods

dasa8 supports deposits and withdrawals through the following mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

After a successful request, withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed if the verification process has not been completed.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used to deposit funds into the account.
• Withdrawals may be restricted while an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress.
• Withdrawals may be held if account verification is not complete.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected, dasa8 reserves the right to hold the withdrawal and conduct an investigation.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at dasa8, you will receive a 200% welcome bonus — up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• If you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳3,000.
• If you deposit ৳16,000 or more, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, making your total balance ৳31,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving a bonus, a 25x wagering requirement must be completed before that amount can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳50,000 must be wagered.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own specific expiry period. Unused bonuses are cancelled once they expire.
• dasa8 reserves the right to verify whether a user is eligible to claim any bonus.
• Members of the same household, or multiple accounts from the same device or IP address, may not claim bonuses.
• If a bonus is claimed through fraudulent means, all associated accounts and winnings may be forfeited.

6.1 Betting Rules

Once all bets are finalised, they cannot be changed or cancelled. dasa8 reserves the right to void bets if the outcome of any event is affected by a technical error.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on a range of sports including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), football, and kabaddi. All betting markets have their own rules which are displayed in the interface. If a match is cancelled or postponed, established industry standards will be followed regarding the related bets.

6.3 Casino & Slot Games

All casino games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartial and fair results. dasa8 works with leading game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt.

6.4 VIP Program

Regular players can receive weekly cashback and special benefits through our VIP program. Cashback rates across five tiers are as follows: Bronze (up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.3%), Gold (up to 0.5%), Platinum (up to 0.6%), Diamond (up to 0.8%). VIP tiers are subject to change and are determined based on playing activity.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dasa8 platform:

• Allowing minors to access or use an account.
• Creating or operating an account in someone else's name or identity.
• Money laundering or using funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Abusing bonus terms — such as collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to interfere with or manipulate the game system or software.
• Harassing, intimidating, or defrauding other players.
• Using automated software, bots, or other unfair technological advantages.
• Attempting to win through fraudulent means.

If any such activity is detected, dasa8 reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit all balances. Legal authorities may also be notified if necessary.

8.1 Closure by dasa8

dasa8 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without notice for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to pass age verification.
• Prolonged inactivity on the account (generally more than 12 months).
• Voluntary self-exclusion based on a responsible gambling request.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. The opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided before the account is closed. However, if an active bonus wagering requirement has not been met, the bonus funds will be cancelled.

dasa8 makes every effort to provide a safe and uninterrupted service. However, dasa8 will not be liable for the following:

• Loss on any bet or game due to internet connectivity issues.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party technical failures.
• Account damage caused by malware or security issues on your device.
• Uncontrollable circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government restrictions.

In any case, dasa8's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the relevant transaction.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes have been made will be considered as acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the platform and request that your account be closed.
